Alphabol, pharmaceutically famed as Methandienone, basically belongs to the group of anabolic steroids (orally active) and has earned much fame amongst athletes for its impressive effects. Methandienone was originally developed in Germany and was released in US in 1960s. It effectively activates the androgen receptor to exert its functions in the human body like protein synthesis, glycogenolysis and increasing muscle strength within a short time span.
Why to Use
The active ingredient of alphabol, methandionone, imparts huge effects on protein metabolism and buildup of muscle mass and strength for its biochemical similarity with androgen. It is also referred as “Mass steroid” often as it excitingly promotes 1-3 kg body weight per week in first six weeks of usage. Its use may result into water retention and it gets aromatized easily. So it’s generally recommended to use with Nolvadex and Proviron.
The steroid is generally advised to use according to individual goals. Experienced athletes may have their daily dose around 50-100 mg. Beginners are advised to limit their doses 20-50 mg per day. After eight weeks when its effects begin to fade and the user still intends to continue the cycle, the dose should not be increased. Addition of injectable steroids such as Deca Durabolin or Primobolan will sufficiently solve the purpose. Weekly 200 mg of either of the injectable steroid is adequate to continue the effective cycle. Those who seek rapid results may start with 20-30 mg Methadienone daily and a weekly dose 200-400 mg Deca Durabolin simultaneously.
Alphabol doesn’t affect much if taken in normal doses. Higher doses for a fairly long period may cause
Liver malfunctioning( Higher doses toxic to liver)
Gynecomastia ( as Methandienone converts into estrogen)
Acne on face, neck, chest, back and shoulders ( due to sebaceous gland stimulation)
